$100 American Express Gift Card - Offer Terms & Conditions - The $100 American Express Gift Card is offered in exchange for participating in a qualified energy savings presentation.

To qualify for the incentive, the following conditions must be met:

• The homeowner and title holder must be present for the entire presentation.

• The property must be owner-occupied and located within our service area.

• The home must have an estimated value between $300,000 and $700,000.

• The homeowner must have an estimated credit score of 670 or higher to qualify for available programs.

• The homeowner must provide a recent utility bill for review during the presentation.

• The roof and property must be suitable for the proposed energy program. Mobile homes and prefabricated homes are not eligible.

The gift card will be issued only if the homeowner qualifies for the program and chooses not to move forward after the presentation. Limit one incentive per household. Appointments must be scheduled and confirmed in advance. Optimized Energy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Conduct the presentation in person or via Zoom

• Approve, decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments

• Determine qualification and eligibility for the incentive and program
